As a Retail Assistant, you will play an important role in providing excellent customer service, assisting with store operations, and supporting our team to maintain the highest standards in the pawn industry.

In this role, you will assist in processing transactions, managing customer inquiries, maintaining store inventory, and ensuring the smooth daily operations of the pawnshop. You will contribute to maintaining a positive and welcoming store environment, assisting senior staff as needed, and supporting ongoing improvements to our services.

What You Will Be Working On
  • Assist in processing pawn transactions, ensuring the accurate documentation of customer collateral based on company policies.
  • Actively promote and sell jewellery, assisting customers with product inquiries and recommending suitable items to drive sales.
  • Provide excellent customer service, helping with product inquiries and resolving customer concerns.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring proper stock levels and organization.
  • Support daily store operations, ensuring the store is neat, clean, and customer-friendly.
  • Assist with product displays, inventory management, and customer-facing tasks.
  • Work alongside the team to meet targets while ensuring excellent service and smooth operations.
