Job summary

A retail company at Changi Airport is seeking an enthusiastic individual for retail operations. Responsibilities include managing daily outlet operations, providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and handling sales transactions. Applicants should have at least a GCE ‘O’ Level and possess good communication skills. A team player with a flexible attitude who can adapt to a fast-paced environment is essential. Shift work is required, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail outlet
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to all shoppers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail environment.
  • Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in merchandising and stocking shelves with new products.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and promotional activities.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals
  • Administrative tasks such as stock ordering, inventory count and basic reporting
  • Any Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor
Location
  • Changi Airport transit area (Transport provided for opening shift and closing shift)
Job Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
