Job description

In jewellery field we hiring Retail Area manager,
Responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day Manage of retail outlets, including sales, staff, stock and resources management.

• Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
• Managing budgets
• Maintaining statistical and financial records
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints
• Overseeing pricing and stock control
• Maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
• Preparing promotional materials and displays.
• Roduct introduction of jewellery
• Undertake retail duties as assigned e.g. customer service, manage point-of-sale processes
• (For Supervisory role) - Assist in overseeing & ensuring overall smooth operations of the outlet, train and guide junior sales personnel
• Experience in Jewellery field
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
