Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Rasa Istimewa Restaurant @ Safra Jurong Pte. Ltd. in the Boon Lay West Region. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee the day-to-day operations including stock-taking, opening & closing
• Provide excellent customer service and build great customer relations
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and take appropriate corrective actions for service recovery
• Document and file expenses and supplier invoices
• Assist in providing monthly sales reports to monitor store performance
• Assist in optimizing the revenue and overall profitability of the Restaurant
• Assist with training, motivation and discipline of all front‑of‑house employees through ongoing performance appraisals
• Ensure strict employee compliance to company's SOPs, sanitation and safety standards
• Facilitate compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements including renewal of licenses (i.e. MUIS, SFA)
• Confer & negotiate packages to potential wedding or corporate event clients
• Maintain outlet’s equipment and oversee maintenance

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar restaurant supervisor or management role
• Well-versed with Restaurant POS, Tablets and Terminals for Online/App orders
• Proficient in MS Office Tools & Adobe Office
• Good command of English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Displays strong sense of integrity and professionalism in all aspects of work
• Flexible and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Can start work in Nov or Dec 2025
