Job Description

We are looking for service-oriented and motivated Service Crew members to join our restaurant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and serve customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately
  • Serve food and drinks according to service standards
  • Ensure cleanliness of dining area, tables, and service stations
  • Assist with table setup, clearing, and closing duties
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and service team
  • Handle customer enquiries and feedback politely
  • Follow food hygiene, safety, and company SOPs
Requirements:
  • At least secondary school education
  • Able to communicate in English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Service-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Willing to work on weekends, and public holidays
  • Able to stand for long hours and carry light items
  • Team player and willing to learn
  • Prior F&B or hospitality experience is an advantage but not mandatory
