A leading food service company in Singapore is seeking an individual to assist in managing the restaurant's daily operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, and participating in staff training and development. This role is critical in maintaining service quality and operational efficiency within the restaurant.
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager, you are responsible for assisting the Managers in supervising and ensuring the efficient running and daily operations of the restaurant, in accordance to the company’s standards.
Key performance areas include assisting managers to manage team performance, people development through training and ensuring maximum customer service standards.
