A premium restaurant group in Singapore is seeking a Restaurant Manager for GUUM, its upscale steakhouse. The ideal candidate will have strong managerial and leadership skills, with at least 5 years of Front of House experience in F&B and a proven track record of managing teams. Candidates are expected to train staff, manage inventories, and maintain service standards. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Point‑of‑Sale systems are required. Wine knowledge is a plus.
NAEUM Restaurant Group operates three concepts: i) NAEUM, a 1 MICHELIN-starred restaurant serving contemporary Korean cuisine, ii) HIDEAWAY by NAEUM, our private dining space, iii) GUUM Contemporary Grill, a premium Korean steakhouse.
We are currently looking for a Restaurant Manager to manage our premium steakhouse concept GUUM.
