Regale Restaurant is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our daily operations, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and maintain excellent service standards across our breakfast, Western & local, and Indonesian cuisine menus.
The Restaurant Manager will oversee all front-of-house activities, staff performance, operational workflows, and ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams. You will also be responsible for maintaining our restaurant’s reputation, managing customer feedback, and upholding company policies, safety standards, and service quality.
