Job Description

Regale Restaurant is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our daily operations, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and maintain excellent service standards across our breakfast, Western & local, and Indonesian cuisine menus.

The Restaurant Manager will oversee all front-of-house activities, staff performance, operational workflows, and ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams. You will also be responsible for maintaining our restaurant’s reputation, managing customer feedback, and upholding company policies, safety standards, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Service Quality

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations across all service periods.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and ambience.
  • Monitor staff performance and workflow to ensure efficient service.
  • Handle reservations, seating arrangements, and crowd management during peak hours.
  • Respond to customer feedback professionally and ensure prompt resolution of issues.

Staff Management

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the service team.
  • Create staff schedules and manage attendance.
  • Conduct onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain a positive work environment and uphold staff discipline as per company policies.
  • Assist with daily sales reconciliation and cash handling.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering with suppliers.
  • Control wastage, minimise operational costs, and meet financial targets.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure full compliance with NEA, SFA, and company food safety guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards for both staff and premises.
  • Enforce WSH policies and ensure safe working conditions.
Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B management or supervisory roles.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in managing halal-certified establishments is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, reservations platforms, and digital ordering tools (e.g., QR ordering).
