Responsibilities

• Conduct inspection on soil investigation and instrumentation works.
• Supervise and coordinate on-site to meet project schedule.
• Maintain documentation of work progress and instrumentation readings.
• Conduct inspection of ERSS works, D-wall, site investigation, etc.
• Liaise with contractors to mitigate risks to dam safety.

Job description

• Conduct inspection on Soil investigation and instrumentation works
• Carry- out supervision and coordination on-site to meet the project schedule
• Conduct inspection in Installation of ERSS works, D-wall, Site Investigation, Shotcrete, Rockbolt, controlled blasting , Soil Instrumentation works.
• Carry out full-time standing supervision of Ground Investigation Works
• Maintain appropriate documentation of site work progress, instrumentation readings, and fieldwork records/logs on a daily basis
• Constantly assess the impact of the ground investigation works on site and liaise with the Contractor to mitigate any risks to dam safety when deemed necessary
• Coordinate with local authorities as and when necessary
• Shift work - Day and/or Night
• Location - Various jobsites
