Job description

Location:

• Bedok
• Woodlands
• Kallang Whampoa

What you'll be doing:

1. Ensure compliance with project specifications, construction drawings and the Building Control, Act and Regulations.
2. Oversee all aspects of the construction process, including maintaining and submitting relevant records.
3. Provide comprehensive support and assistance as directed by the Superintending Officer and/or Professional Engineer.
4. Review and evaluate the Contractor's work procedures aligned with the approved method statements and relevant workplace safety and health regulations. Where necessary, instruct modifications to ensure full compliance.
5. Conduct inspections of completed works and prepare a list of defects, if required.

2. Required to possess a Residential Engineer Certificate
3. Good knowledge about the industry, methods and regulations.
4. Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making and communication skills.
