The Airlines Reservation & Ticketing Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the airline's sales efforts. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage bookings and walk-in inquiries, handling the entire ticketing process.
  • Make bookings, reservations, confirmations, and changes accurately for passengers.
  • Handle inquiries from walk-in passengers, agents, corporate clients via phone and email.
  • Process reservations, mileage redemptions, ticket issuance, schedule changes, re-bookings, and re-issuance efficiently.
  • Inform clients about current promotions, provide program materials, and assist with forms.
  • Address feedback and complaints, coordinating with support to resolve issues.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.
