Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in conducting quantitative research.
• Good understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship research.
• Basic knowledge of academic writing.
• Proficiency in Stata for data cleaning and analysis.
• Experience in data collection and applying reproducible research practices.
• Proficiency in reading Chinese-language (Mandarin).
• Experience using Python for data cleaning is a plus.
• Ability to guide and mentor a team of undergraduate assistants.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate closely with the research team.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive dataset on entrepreneurship with the research team.
• Conduct data cleaning and verification using Stata and Python.
• Mentor a team of six to eight research assistants.
• Contribute to writing dataset description paper.
• Perform other assigned duties.
