Job description

Ain Society is looking for a Research & Corp Comm Executive who is curious, grounded, and purpose driven. This role supports our work with cancer patients and communities through research, learning, and thoughtful knowledge-sharing.

You will work closely with programme and communications teams to understand real community needs, translate findings into meaningful insights, and help prepare accurate materials for media and public engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct qualitative and basic quantitative research to understand community needs and programme impact.
  • Support data collection, analysis, documentation, and learning across projects.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure programmes are evidence-informed and responsive.
  • Prepare research-based content and background materials for media features, interviews, and public communications.
  • Assist in drafting reports, summaries, and learning notes grounded in real experiences.
  • Participate in community programmes and cancer support activities, including occasional weekend engagements (ad-hoc).
Who We’re Looking For
  • Degree and work experience in research, social sciences, public health, communications, or related fields, are preferred.
  • Comfortable working with data, interviews, stories, and lived experiences.
  • Able to write clearly and thoughtfully for public and non-academic audiences.
  • Open to learning to write for academic audiences
  • Training and guidance will be provided to support your learning and growth in the role
