Key Responsibilities

- Generate, qualify, and manage leads through email, phone, social media, and other digital channels.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead activity in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage potential customers.
- Monitor and report on lead generation metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute innovative ideas for improving lead generation processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and lead generation software.
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and social media platforms is an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales support roles.
- Experience in B2B lead generation, particularly within the technology, services, or consulting sectors, is preferred.
Working Hours
- Full-time remote role.
- Flexible working hours aligned with Singapore time zone (SST/GMT+8).
