We are looking for a responsible, organized and adaptable Personal Assistant to support a Business Manager on a remote, work-from-home basis. This role is ideal for stay-home moms or caregivers who are looking for flexible, meaningful work and are comfortable handling tasks across different functions.

This is a generalist role and will involve supporting multiple departments, including marketing, HR/admin, and operations. Guidance and support will be provided for areas you may not be familiar with — what matters most is a good attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Scope of Work
  • Compile and track data on marketing efforts (e.g. performance summaries, basic reporting)
  • Assist in generating marketing materials and content (posts, visuals, simple videos)
HR / Admin
  • Assist with administrative submissions (e.g. CPF, GST or tax-related filings)
  • Basic HR support and documentation
General Administration
  • Compile receipts and supporting documents for claims and reimbursements
  • Organise files, records, and reports
Ad-hoc Support
  • Assist with any operational or administrative duties as they arise
Working Arrangement
  • 20–30 hours per week
  • 🕘 Must be contactable and responsive during office operating hours
  • Flexible and async hours possible, with prior alignment
  • 🏠 Fully remote / Work from home
