Introduction

To lead and manage a team of MTS, principal engineers, engineers to achieve corporate goals in Reliability.

Your Role
  • Provides reliability analysis and lab support for all company technologies and customer issues and/or develops corporate wide standards and strategies.
  • Provides reliability analysis and lab support for all company technologies and customer issues.
  • Lead, mentor and coach a team of senior engineers, engineers, to achieve corporate goals in Back End of Line (BEOL) intrinsic and Fast-Wafer-Level (FWLR) reliability. Plan and execute training to build up team’s technical expertise and soft skills.
  • Establish reliability test methodology to assess reliability failure mechanisms (Electrical Failures/Thermal / Mechanical/ Chemical Failures/Packaging & Interconnect Failures) and lifetime. Provide reliability design guidelines for IC designers.
  • Define and execute benchmarked reliability test plan for new process qualification, process reliability monitor (PRM) programs, change requests and in-line monitoring/line issues.
  • Drive for effective CA/PA on reliability failures and field returns.
  • Drive for reliability assessment excellence in terms of cycle time, data integrity and work procedures.
  • Drive conformance to quality certification standards requirements.
  • Support customer engagement in reliability aspects. Provide reliability presentations for customer visit and audits. Participate in reliability risk assessment meetings with customers.
  • Provide Rel risk assessment for change request, line excursions in the fab.
Required Qualifications
  • Education - Bachelor/Master/PhD degree in Engineering (Electronics, Materials or Physics) or Science.
  • 8 years of relevant experience in reliability tests
  • Knowledge of wafer fabrication & ISO9000/QS9000/TS16949 is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of MOS Device Physics & Reliability Statistics.
  • Knowledge of Reliability Test-Chip Layout Design
  • Knowledge of Minitab, JMP, FMEA, 8D, etc, is an advantage.
