Job Mandate

Relationship Managers are high-level professionals responsible for managing an affluent customer’s wealth holistically. They engage with clients daily to grow and protect their wealth for future generations. Using a consultative approach, Relationship Managers gather client information and tailor personalized strategies utilizing various financial products and services. They customize investment strategies based on each client’s unique circumstances and preferences for income, liquidity, and risk, including pursuing cross-border investment opportunities where appropriate.

The Relationship Manager (RM) aims to achieve annual targets in business development, relationship management, and customer profile balances, especially for complex investment needs, while ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the sales process.

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Acquiring new high-net-worth clients
  • Generating additional volume from existing clients across sales channels
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Providing excellent customer service through investment products and services

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Business Development

  • Achieve targets for acquiring, onboarding, and deepening relationships with mass affluent clients.
  • Identify and develop a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Proactively set appointments and meet clients to understand their needs.
  • Market and solicit investible funds from both existing and new clients.
  • Develop proposals aligned with client objectives, focusing on yield, safety, liquidity, and diversification.
  • Submit proposals and follow up promptly, including preparing call reports for management updates.
  • Conduct client presentations.
  • Network to create new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with branch partners for referrals and cross-selling.
  • Deepen relationships with assigned clients.
  • Engage specialists for technical advice when needed.
  • Analyze market trends and customer profiles to identify opportunities.

B. Client Relationship Management

  • Monitor client accounts and portfolios, providing timely updates and advice through calls and meetings to build long-term relationships.
  • Understand clients’ genuine needs and expectations.
  • Implement sales and investment strategies effectively.
  • Maximize client interactions by leveraging cues to promote products and solutions.
  • Build relationships through social and lifestyle events.
  • Regularly review accounts to ensure growth in funds.
