Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a professional to manage retail accounts in the Asia region. The successful candidate will enhance distribution networks and maintain close contact with partners while ensuring all commercial directives are followed. Ideal candidates will have experience in retail distribution within the timepiece or jewelry industry and are expected to travel regularly. Strong interpersonal skills and passion for watches or sports will be advantageous.

Drive distribution to all retail partners.

Regular follow-up meetings to be organized throughout the year. Constant contact with the market required inorder to keep a tight control on the distribution network, inform them of the expectations and ensure that they are observed.

Ensure all commercial directives are executed (pricing, discount policy, stock inventories, forecasts, etc.).

Travel regularly to visit the retailers and ensure sales.

Participate in meetings and exhibitions in Switzerland

Requirements:

• Direct experience in retail distribution and brand management in the timepiece/jewelry industry
• Strong understanding of the local and regional partners / network.
• Highly adaptable and able to work independently
• Extrovert and able to socialize with and engage people at different strata levels.
• Passionate in watches and sports advantageous
