Job Overview

Responsible for the management of the Sales of Surgical Workflows and Infection Control products, services, and solutions that contribute to Group’s continuum of care; enabling surgeries and treating acute health conditions in South East Asia regions.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop the business for Surgical Workflows and Infection Control group of products.
  • Familiarize the company’s product offering into the target market segment.
  • Map out target list of potential customers within each of the market segment; develop a plan to cover the market segment.
  • Identifying and managing distribution channels fo assigned territories.
  • Leveraging the full portfolio to maximize the opportunities and ensure optimal market coverage.
  • Monitoring key market trends and competitive market information.
  • Responsible for the sales budget and gross profit planning and achievement.
  • Providing sales forecasts on a monthly and R12 basis.
  • Adhering and enforcing company policies and procedures.
  • 20-30% travel within the region & international travel if required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or other Engineering or Business Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of solid working experience in sales management for the medical devices industry and ideally, for capital equipment.
  • Proven sales record and ability to reach sales target.
  • Ability to plan and manage both the strategic and operational levels.
  • Good communicator, able to engage with internal Senior Management and other Business Units as well as with external parties.
  • Sales driven individual, with a strong desire to excel.
  • Good follow up skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skill.
