Job Description:
  • Act as the key communication link between HQ and the Indonesia operations team, ensuring clear updates on decisions, timelines, and projects.
  • Coordinate sales, operations, logistics, and marketing activities to support smooth regional execution.
  • Drive business development across APAC by identifying opportunities, securing new accounts, and managing turnkey projects.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with developers, contractors, and property stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to guide sales and marketing strategies.
  • Track inventory levels, align product availability with project schedules, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Oversee sales performance, customer service, and delivery standards, escalating key issues to HQ when necessary.
  • Support product launches, marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Prepare weekly reports on sales, inventory, client feedback, and action items.
  • Analyze sales data and stock movement to improve processes and performance.
  • Manage forecasting, sales pipeline, and performance reporting for the region.
  • Travel to Indonesia and other APAC markets for training, coordination, and client meetings.
Job requirement:
  • Min Diploma/ Degree in Business Management/ Marketing or equivalent
  • Knowledge of regional market trends and industry insights within APAC.
  • Willingness to travel across the APAC region: Indonesia/ Hong Kong/ China
