Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Sales Executive to develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline while securing new customers. The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of relevant sales experience, particularly in the engineering or semiconductor sectors. This role includes leading field sales activities, collaborating with teams for effective demo planning, and representing the company at trade shows. Salary package offers up to $5000 plus allowances. Full training is provided.

  • Relevant experience in engineering, semiconductor, or machinery sales is welcome.

Job description
Summary

  • 5 days / 9am- 6pm

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline across target accounts; secure new customers and grow existing ones.
  • Assess customer process and application requirements, and prepare tailored technical and commercial proposals, including demo/PoC plans and sample evaluations.
  • Lead field sales activities such as on-site customer visits, fab/line access coordination, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Manage pricing strategies, negotiate terms, drive contract execution, and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with HQ and regional teams on demo planning, Statements of Work (SOW), delivery, installation, and customer acceptance.
  • Plan and execute joint initiatives with distributors and partners, monitor performance, and ensure follow-through.
  • Represent PSS at trade shows, seminars, and workshops, and follow up on all marketing-generated leads.
  • Document activities and outcomes in the CRM system and achieve quarterly/annual orders, revenue, and KPI targets.
