Job description

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our P&L operations and drive aggressive business expansion in the electronic components sector across ASEAN, India, Europe, and North America. In this strategic role, you will spearhead our sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with market demands and supplier ecosystems while enhancing our footprint in key regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of the profit and loss statements for our overseas operations, ensuring financial targets and growth objectives are met.
  • Formulate and implement strategies for market penetration and expansion in ASEAN, India, Europe and North America.
  • Provide direct leadership to regional sales heads in ASEAN and India, and oversee the recruitment and development of the sales infrastructure in Europe and North America.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the supplier ecosystem, distribution channels, and end-customer demands within sectors such as Automotive, Consumer Electronics, and Industrial.
  • Build and mentor high-performance sales teams, ensuring alignment between organizational goals and individual performance.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to drive sales alignment and optimize product offerings.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, forecast future sales, and suggest actionable insights to improve market positioning.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar role in the electronic components industry, with a strong track record of P&L management.
  • Deep knowledge of supplier ecosystems, distribution networks, and customer demands in sectors such as Automotive, Consumer Electronics, and Industrial.
  • Experience in managing multi-regional teams, with demonstrated ability to build and scale sales operations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
