Product & Portfolio Management: Own and manage the product portfolio for the region; develop product positioning, messaging, and differentiation strategies; monitor lifecycle performance and recommend enhancements or new product introductions.

Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute regional go-to-market strategies; support product launches with training materials and marketing collateral; ensure consistent product messaging across markets.

Market Insights & Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis; provide actionable insights to inform pricing, product development, and business planning; track product performance metrics.

Sales Enablement & Collaboration: Work with sales teams to provide product training and tools; act as liaison between marketing, product development, and sales; support regional teams in prioritizing key accounts and channels.

Strategic Planning & Regional Oversight: Contribute to regional business planning; coordinate with teams across the market; monitor KPIs and recommend adjustments for optimal product performance.

Requirements:
