Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and plan site activities to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of interior projects.
- Support the Project Managers in developing budgets, schedules and work plans.
- Manage and coordinate with sub-contractors, ensuring quality and compliance with project requirements.
- Source and engage sub-contractors for costing and project execution.
- Liaise with clients and consultants to address project-related matters.
- Conduct site measurements, audits, and provide on-site management and technical support.
- Assist in preparing BOQs, quotations and tender submissions when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience preferably in interior fit-out projects
- Proficient in reading CAD drawings and familiar with technical/operational processes
- Independent, resourceful, and a strong team player with good communication skills
- Willing to travel overseas for assignments
