A logistics and administrative company in Singapore seeks Regional Logistics & Administrative Support. Job Title: Regional Logistics & Administrative Support
Working Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm
Location: Beach Road
Duration: 6 months contract with completion Bonus
Potential: Conversion to permanent role based on performance
Coordinate and manage shipment documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.).
Liaise with factories, customers, and freight partners on shipping schedules and discrepancies.
Perform SAP data entry, order tracking, and logistics reporting.
Provide general administrative support, document filing, and correspondence handling.
Maintain and file accounting and finance documentation.
Support accounts payable/receivable processing and reconciliation.
Perform data entry of financial transactions and assist with ledger postings.
Manage office supplies and support general administrative functions.
