Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on IT experience as an IT Specialist/Senior Executive/Manager.
• Strong technical knowledge in Windows 11 and Apple iOS.
• Experience with IT service ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 IT helpdesk support, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Manage Singapore office’s network infrastructure and connectivity.
• Act as the Information Security Lead for security initiatives.
