A leading human resources consultancy in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage HR functions across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. The role includes overseeing recruitment, payroll, compliance, and performance management within a dynamic multi-country environment.

Salary Range: $4,500 - $5,500

5 days work week

Location: Kallang / Aljunied

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full spectrum of human resources and administrative functions across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
• HR operational excellence, regulatory compliance, people development, and office administration; supporting business objectives and employee engagement initiatives.
• Recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, performance management, and employee relations.
• Experience handling multi-country HR operations, preferably across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
• Working on regional labour laws, statutory submissions, and employment regulations, including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia.
• Performance review cycles, KPI setting, annual appraisals, and salary review exercises.
• Organizing meetings, employee engagement activities, and internal communications.

Requirements

• Qualification in HR related.
• 5 years of relevant HR regional experience.
• Knowledge of regional employment laws and best practices.
