A leading HR firm in Singapore is looking for a candidate to enhance HR operations in recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations. Responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment cycle, maintaining personnel records, managing work permits, and preparing payroll. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or higher in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in HR, especially in payroll and foreign worker management. Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and updated personnel records in both local and headquarters systems.
  • Monitor and renew work permits and compliance involving relevant government portals.
  • Process tax clearance for overseas employees upon termination.
  • Calculate foreign worker levies and manage payment processes.
  • Prepare monthly payroll, ensuring accurate calculations for incentives and commissions.
