Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Finance Manager for a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will supervise financial operations across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local and international standards. • Experience in a multinational corporation or regional headquarters environment preferred.

Job description

Location: Tai Seng Centre

Duration: 6 months contract

Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon to Fri) with 1-hour lunch break

Salary: Up to $8000

Job Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

• Supervise daily financial operations for all four countries, including vendor payment review and approvals, cashflow management and local compliance with statutory filings.
• Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes for all four countries.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with USGAAP and local financial accounting standards.
• Consolidate regional financial results and provide insightful analysis to senior management.

Concur Expense Reporting

• Review and validate monthly expense reports prepared by outsourced service providers, ensuring compliance with global and local travel and expense policies for all regional entities, including Singapore and China.

Outsourced Accounting Oversight

• Oversee relationships with local outsourced accounting service providers in Taiwan, Vietnam, Japan, and Korea.
• Review and validate financial reports, tax filings, and statutory submissions prepared by external partners.
• Ensure service providers meet contractual obligations, compliance standards, and reporting timelines.

Compliance & Controls

• Ensure compliance with local tax laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
• Maintain and enhance internal controls and risk management frameworks.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.

Job Requirements
