A well-established European MNC in Singapore is seeking a Regional Finance Controller to lead their finance team. Reporting to the Regional Finance Director, you will oversee statutory reporting, FP&A, and tax, acting as a key partner to senior stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have 15-20 years of experience in accounting, preferably with Big 4 exposure. This role demands excellent communication skills and provides opportunities for integration projects in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15-20 years of accounting and reporting exposure.
• Prior Big 4 exposure is a plus.
• Experience in the professional service/consulting/legal industry is highly preferred.

THE COMPANY

Our client is a well-established European MNC leading in the legal practice area with over 100 years of history. They have over 7,000 employees globally with strong footprint and great connection of clients in APAC region. With constant growth and business expansion plans, they are now partnering with us to look for a Regional Finance Controller as a key finance leader to support the SEA market and working as a strong business partner with senior stakeholders.

THE ROLE

Reporting to Regional Finance Director, you will be playing a key role leading the SEA regional finance team in the area of statutory reporting, FP&A, tax and payroll. You will also be acting as a key finance business partner working with regional senior stakeholders in terms of executive level financial presentation and business presentation, advising on pricing strategy and competitor analysis. Last but not least, you will be exposed to integration and migration projects when business acquires new business.

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Accounting/Economics/Finance.
• ACCA/CPA certification is an additional bonus.
• Minimum 15-20 years of accounting and reporting exposure (prior Big 4 exposure is a plus).
• Experience with professional service/consulting/legal industry is highly preferred.
• Extensive experience in FP&A and business partnering is crucial to succeed in this role
• Demonstrate effective communication skills and interpersonal skills to liaise with international stakeholders.
