  • Assist in coordinating virtual teams across multiple regions to support customer implementation projects, focusing on onboarding and re-implementation of services.
  • Collaborate with departments including sales, operations, and IT to gather necessary information for seamless operational setup.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication, updates, and responsive support throughout the implementation process.
  • Document business and system processes into comprehensive customer process documents.
  • Prepare reports to keep stakeholders informed on project status.
  • Oversee Hyper Care activities with operations, ensuring the stability of customer shipments during transitions in accordance with established protocols.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from clients and internal teams to identify process improvement opportunities and refine documentation prior to handover to the program team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma with 2 to 3 years of experience in a customer-facing or coordination role, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Proficient in common office software, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic business environment with shifting priorities.
  • Proven collaboration skills in working with both direct and virtual teams across diverse geographical and cultural backgrounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional multitasking abilities to manage various deadlines effectively.
