Responsibilities

• Act as the trusted technical support/ sales advisor for Data Center HVAC projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (consultants, developers, operators).
• Write and influence technical specifications for consulting engineers and end-users.
• Provide overall support to the sales teams and customers with technical consulting and product recommendations.
• Conduct technical training sessions for internal teams and external clients.
• Provide supervision to the local teams, ensuring high technical standards and knowledge sharing.
• Lead large and complex projects to optimize company product integration.
• Work with cross-functional team in sales, product management and technical support to enhance customer experience.
• Being company representative attending to industry events and associations.
• Stay updated with industry trends to offer innovative HVAC solutions for Data Centers.
• Identify new business opportunities through product applications and market research.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 4 - 6 years in technical consulting role, preferably Data Center HVAC projects
• Solid technical knowledge of HVAC, hydronics, and control systems
• Willingness to travel overseas whenever necessary
