A regional technology firm is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for its operations in Singapore and across Asia. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant finance experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Prior experience managing finance for Singapore-based companies with regional operations.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, tax, and GST.
• Experience in technology, SaaS, F&B, retail, or multi-outlet businesses preferred.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management across Asia.
• Oversee full sets of accounts, month-end closing, and consolidated reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Manage audits, tax matters, and relationships with external advisors.
• Support regional expansion through financial modelling, pricing, and investment analysis.
• Partner with management on commercial decisions, contracts, and strategic initiatives.
• Build and manage the regional finance team and financial processes.
