A leading company in renewable energy solutions in Singapore seeks a Regional Capture Team Selling (CTS) Lead. This role involves directing complex sales from development to contract finalization, leading diverse teams, and implementing market strategies. Candidates should have at least a decade of sales experience in electrical systems and outstanding negotiation abilities. With the ongoing Energy Transition, and the growing need of Power Electronics solution to support the power system network for System Strength and enabling Renewables integration, we seek a qualified and experienced salesperson as the Regional Capture Team Selling (CTS) Lead. This position involves close interactions with different stakeholders both internally and externally, managing large and complex sales pursuits from business development towards tendering, to contract finalization. The candidate will set the winning sales strategy and lead a team of people from different functions within the business.

This role supports the Hub segment or Hub M&S manager, driving the execution of winning strategies for critical projects in the wider Grid & Power Quality Systems business, with particular focus on emerging Power Electronic pursuits. It is critical to achieving planned results and the sales budget in the region and is part of the core Grid Integration M&S leadership for the region. Responsibilities include leading capture teams for large and complex projects, developing pre‑sales strategies, and driving training plans and mentoring of local capture teams and leaders.
You will evaluate market opportunities in Power Quality and the wider grid connection solution market across Asia, produce action plans and implement sales strategies to secure the success of each opportunity.
You will assist the Segment lead or Hub M&S to ensure that assigned opportunities follow the CTS process, have correct sales strategies in place, and that the strategies are implemented on time.
You will monitor and track opportunities and tenders to position Hitachi Energy to succeed against competition.
You will lead the development and implementation of capture strategy, coordinate and implement strong stakeholder (internal and external) engagement to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled, leading to successful contract negotiations.
You will work closely with regional/segment sales, supporting each other for opportunities pursuit and business expansion, prepare sales proposals using available tools, identify and manage potential risks related to contract agreements across customers/channels, and take ownership of the sales processes.
You will develop and deploy training programmes for junior CTS leaders, help them in their pursuits, and mentor the next generation of CTS leaders.
You will lead virtual cross‑function and cross‑region teams to bring the entire global value of Hitachi Energy to clients, increasing win rates.
You will be part of a regional CTS Steco to review, influence and improve capture team strategies across the region.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Business with relevant experience in leading or managing large and complex sales pursuits (USD > 20 million).
Minimum 10 years of sales experience in electrical equipment, preferably electrical systems, with a proven track record.
Experience in similar industries will be an advantage. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent risk and contract management, teamwork and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate with cross‑BU personnel to build mutual trust.
Proven leadership skills, a collaborative solution‑oriented approach and strong communication abilities.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills and experience in customer management.
