JOB SUMMARY:
Serves as the primary communications liaison for South East Asia. Responsible for coordinating initiatives that support and foster relations with key stakeholders, including companies, volunteer leaders, members, prospective members, and industry associations. Formulates and implements strategies for the Family of Brands membership growth, engagement and retention.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage relationships and business development with companies to grow and deepen membership engagement.
- Serve as key liaison to volunteer leaders and support localized initiatives.
- Identify and engage potential members to increase participation.
- Understand regional market dynamics and analyze key trends.
- Prepare and present regional reports and performance outcomes.
- Align and customize membership marketing messages across markets.
- Deliver clear presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings with members and partner companies.
- Build strong knowledge of regional financial services practices.
- Work with Sr. Manager, Global Markets to support strategic goals.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development and global teams; oversee satellite offices.
- Support innovation initiatives and meet annual KPIs.
- Serve as staff liaison for committees and task forces.
- Share best practices with internal departments.
- Travel internationally up to 30%.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
- BA/BS degree required.
- 8+ years in membership/volunteer, relationship, sales, or account management.
- Experience in Southeast Asia market and global business environments.
- Proven ability to implement market-specific strategies with measurable outcomes.
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and effective in fast-paced environments.
