  • Craft, post, and manage job advertisements across internal and external platforms
  • Review applications, resumes, and cover letters to shortlist suitable candidates
  • Schedule interviews according to hiring manager’s schedule
  • Promote job opportunities through social media, networking, and outreach
  • Contribute ideas to improve recruitment structures, strategies, and workflows
  • Support recruitment tracking, reporting, and overall process optimisation
