Job summary

A premier hospitality education institution in Singapore is looking for a Recruitment Events Partner to manage student recruitment activities and events. We are looking for: Recruitment Events Partner (100% activity rate)
Your mission

The Recruitment Events Team is responsible for organizing impactful events—on campus, abroad, and online—to promote EHL’s Bachelor and Junior Academy programs. Their goal is to engage prospective students and their parents through well‑executed experiences that reflect EHL’s values and academic excellence.

Working closely with the Marketing and Recruitment teams, they ensure consistent outreach and visibility across key markets. From Open Days, Info Sessions and Junior Academy sessions to virtual events, the team plays a central role in showcasing EHL and supporting student recruitment efforts worldwide.

Your main responsibilities will include
  • Plan, organize and coordinate student recruitment activities and events assigned by EHL Undergraduate School (UGS), including, but not limited to programming, liaising with vendors, logistics and operations support, managing and securing the approval of budget
  • Project manage the planning, coordination and execution of the annual flagship EHL Junior Academy program in Singapore, including, but not limited to, participant registration, onboarding, off‑campus visits, internal coordination of resources and accommodation
  • Provide registration and logistic support for in‑person and virtual events across Singapore, South East Asia and Greater China; additional regions could be covered depending on workload and events calendar
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth event execution
  • Coordinate surveys to be sent out to participants of outreach events, analyze results and propose improvements and feedback to relevant stakeholders
  • Manage event setup, participant engagement, and troubleshooting during live and virtual events
  • Assist with EHL Campus Singapore tours and recruitment‑related presentations for prospective students, parents, school representatives and other relevant stakeholders
  • Support student ambassadors management and training and other duties related to student recruitment
  • Contribute to budget tracking and expense reporting
Prerequisites and personality
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in events coordination
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • You are at ease with Microsoft Office and have hands‑on experience with CRM systems
  • You are a team player with the ability to work independently
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a service‑oriented mindset
  • You have strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a high level of autonomy
  • You can bring flexibility to work occasional weekends and travel for regional events
  • Your analytical skills and attention to detail make you a key collaborator
