Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Business Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Understand client hiring needs, team structure, and job requirements
- Pitch recruitment services and generate new business opportunities
- Provide consultation on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies
- Manage client expectations and deliver a high-quality recruitment service
Candidate Sourcing & Screening
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and databases
- Write and post effective job advertisements
- Review CVs and applications to shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct interviews (phone, video, or face-to-face) to assess skills, culture fit, and career motivations
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline across relevant sectors
Placement & Process Management
- Organize and manage interviews between clients and candidates
- Prepare candidates for interviews and provide feedback throughout the process
- Negotiate salary and contract terms on behalf of clients and candidates
- Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and internal procedures
- Manage the offer process through to successful placement
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business, HR, or related field
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or customer-facing roles is advantageous
- High level of resilience, persistence, and target-driven motivation
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadline
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proactive, self-driven, and confident when dealing with clients
- Fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Requires good understanding skills, flexibility and strong people skills
- Microsoft Office skills
