Job Description
  1. Overseeing the selection process from the beginning to the end, headhunting/sourcing for suitable candidates, conducting interviews and assessing the aptness of potential candidates
  2. Communicate with potential candidates, achieving and potential candidates to hitting KPI target.
  3. Develop recruitment plans and strategies to meet client needs.
  4. Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews with candidates.
  5. Recommend qualified candidates to clients and arrange interviews.
  6. Need to arrange candidate for physical examinations, open bank accounts, go out to deliver documents to customers
  7. Perform administrative and Coordinate with team members to ensure accurate and timely submission of required trade documents.
  8. Doing Business development through is calling and door to door sales to prospect for New clients.
  9. Doing sourcing and screening for suitable candidates to match with the job position.
  10. Able to increase in placements within every month.
  11. Develop opportunities in target and New markets.
  12. Nurturing and maintaining relationships with New clients as well as prospective clients.
  13. Attending meetings with clients and represent Visi in a professional manner Attending industry networking events.
  14. Providing specialist advice on recruitment and human resource matters to New clients.
  15. Works with recruitment team in business development activities, and commercial negotiations, ensures successful acquisition of New clients, smooth handover to the recruitment team, maintain quality service delivery and meet performance goals.
About you
  • An experienced with at least 1 years of Sales Knowledge experience, have interesting in recruitment industry
  • Preferably Degree in any Field.
  • Articulate, polished and professional communication and presentation skills
  • Self‑motivated and self‑disciplined.
  • After Pass CEI exam can start work.
