Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and prepare accurate job descriptions

Source candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and career events

Review and screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates

Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams

Perform reference checks and coordinate background screening when required

Assist with offer preparation and coordination

Maintain positive and professional relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

Post job advertisements and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Track recruitment metrics to support process improvements
