Salary: $2800- $3500 (Depends on experiences)

Working Hours: 5 days per week (Wednesday to Sunday)

Working Location: Punggol Coast Mall or Serangoon NEX or Paya Lebar or Tampines

We are looking for friendly, cheerful, and customer‑focused Front Desk Receptionists to be the welcoming face of our education centre! You will play a vital role in creating a warm, professional environment while providing excellent customer service. Manage phone calls, emails, and walk‑in queries.

  • Salary: $2800- $3500 (Depends on experiences)
  • Working Hours: 5 days per week (Wednesday to Sunday)
  • Working Location: Punggol Coast Mall or Serangoon NEX or Paya Lebar or Tampines

  • 1. Welcome Visitors
  • 2. Handle Inquiries (Manage phone calls, emails, and walk‑in queries.)
  • 3. Manage Student Matters (Oversee student registration and maintain accurate records.)
  • 4. Customer Relationship Management (Address questions and concerns with care and professionalism.)
  • 5. Provide Administrative Support (Support day‑to‑day centre operations.)
