Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our academy office. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming environment for learners and visitors, while supporting daily administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Service
  • Greet learners and visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Handle walk‑in enquiries, phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and politely
  • Provide accurate information about classes, schedules and academy policies
  • Manage visitor logs and maintain a tidy reception area
Administrative Support
  • Assist with learner walk‑ins’ registration by referring to relevant sales staff on site
  • Maintain and update learner records, attendance lists, and class schedules
  • Provide administrative support to trainers on‑site (if required) for handing out assessment record forms etc.
Coordination & Communication
  • Liaise with trainers and internal teams on class arrangements and daily operations
  • Communicate schedule changes or announcements to learners when required
  • Assist with basic reporting and documentation
General Office Duties
  • Manage office pantry supplies and coordinate replenishment
  • Handle mail, deliveries, and courier arrangements for pantry stock, lunch for learners etc
  • Support ad‑hoc administrative tasks assigned by the academy management team
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum ITE NiTec or equivalent qualification
  • Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role is preferred
  • Experience in an education, training, or academy environment is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using basic office systems (email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools)
