About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Real Estate Personal Assistant. In this role, you will provide essential support to our consultants, assisting with property sourcing, client coordination, marketing activities, and administrative tasks. You will play an important part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and helping our consultancy deliver professional and timely services to clients.

This role is well-suited for individuals who are organised, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and are looking to gain exposure in the real estate and business consultancy sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with property sourcing to identify suitable options for clients based on their requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule site visits, meetings, and client appointments.
  • Provide administrative support, including accurate record-keeping, filing, and data management.
  • Support marketing initiatives by helping with client outreach and maintaining contact databases.
  • Handle day-to-day operational tasks to ensure consultants and agents are well-supported.
  • Liaise with clients for initial enquiries and coordinate follow-ups with consultants.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer service mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage schedules, coordinate tasks, and support multiple priorities.
  • Positive attitude, adaptable, and able to work well in a team environment.
  • Prior experience in real estate, sales support, or administrative roles is an advantage, but not required.
  • Diploma, or equivalent qualifications. Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
