A leading ground handling services company in Singapore is seeking a Ground Handling Ramp Manager to oversee manpower planning and daily management of ramp services. The role includes monitoring service delivery, coaching team members, ensuring safety and compliance, and conducting training. The ideal candidate should have a Class 3 driving license, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach towards safety. Flexibility in working hours and hands-on experience in airside operations are essential.

Qualifications

• Class 3 driving state license is mandatory with a clean record.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including night, weekend-shift duties and holidays.
• Hands-on experience to tow aircrafts and perform airside GSE work.
• Working experience in hospitality or MICE industry desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage manpower planning and ground handling ramp services team.
• Ensure service delivery and compliance to airside operations.
• Coach and mentor team for ongoing performance improvement.
• Supervise safety and security measures on the ramp.
