Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a BIM Drafter responsible for producing accurate 2D drawings and 3D BIM models specifically for rail transportation projects. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines, along with at least 1 year of BIM experience on Singapore LTA projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks is essential. This role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with Singapore BIM standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on drafting/BIM experience on Singapore LTA projects.
• Strong familiarity with Singapore BIM standards and LTA standards/guidelines for drawings and models.
• Experience with rail infrastructure projects (stations, depots, viaducts, tunnels, systems interfaces).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and maintain 2D engineering drawings using AutoCAD and MicroStation.
• Develop, coordinate, and maintain 3D BIM models using Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks.
• Ensure BIM models reflect approved design intent and construction methodology.
• Support Civil VDC coordination meetings and clash detection activities.
