Job summary

A healthcare provider in Singapore is seeking a Radiographer to conduct general x-rays, manage patient appointments, and coordinate with radiology outlets. Radiographer Position

Role and Duties:

  • Taking consent for and conducting general x-rays of patients. (Ultrasounds examinations and other radiological examinations if required)
  • Ability to conduct Mammogram and Ultrasound procedures a plus.
  • Coordinate and liaise with other Radiology Outlet to maintain consistency for daily operations including ensuring for compliance to work protocol, infection protection and control measures, safe management measures, staff rostering if required, clinical audits and governance.
  • Printing of reports, films, CDs, order and purchase of necessary films and other materials required by the Radiology Clinic as well as keeping the machines in general working order.
  • Printing and collating reports as part of work requirement in the medical centre.
  • Taking appointment for patients, collating results and ensure x-rays films reported promptly and properly.
  • Liaise and coordinate with other agencies such as x-ray vendor, managing agent, Ministry of Health licensing units, Health Sciences Authority, and others to ensure for efficient running of the centre, compliance with safety and regulation, as well as timely and accurate submissions of results / reports as required.
  • Always maintain confidentiality of the company’s business operations and patients’ records. Patients’ records are confidential and are not to be divulged to 3rd party without the consent of the patient in any form unless it is for the purpose of work requirement and / or for necessary submissions to the relevant Ministry or Statutory organizations.
  • Applicant to possess AHPC Registered license

Previous work experiences in Govt Hospital, Polyclinic, Private Clinic.

Secondary work location: Suntec City
