R&D Scientist Product Development is responsible for all phases of innovation product development from ideation to post launch and handover for product maintenance. The innovation product development encompasses new product features or benefits, productivity, compliance and/or strategy. The role interfaces with different cross‑functions in the region, in the markets, and with global functions as necessary, to ensure alignment of innovation with corporate product strategies, and in the successful scale‑up and launch of new product formulations.
