About the role

This role plays a critical part in advancing RF front-end solutions for wireless communications, including 5G, IoT, and satellite applications. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams across engineering, product development, and manufacturing to deliver advanced RF SOI technologies that meet performance, reliability, and cost objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize RFSOI process technologies for both 2DIC and 3DIC applications.
• Partner with device and design teams to co‑optimize RF device performance and layout for high-volume manufacturing.
• Lead yield improvement initiatives, reliability qualification, and failure analysis for RFSOI products.
• Work closely with fabrication teams to transition new technologies from R&D into production.
• Assess and introduce new materials, process modules, and device architectures to improve RF performance.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Semiconductor Physics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in RF semiconductor technology development, with strong expertise in SOI platforms.
• Demonstrated success in developing RF technologies and transferring them to high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong project management, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
