Job description

Job Description:

• Assemble and integrate RF modules, SDR, PCBs and system components
• Carry out Soldering, Wiring, and cabling work for production builds
• Perform RF testing and measurements under guidance ( Eg. Antenna measurement, RF cable loss measurement, etc using spectrum analyser, power meter, VNA)
• Perform functional and quality checks based on work instructions and SOPs.
• Troubleshoot production issues and report findings to supervisor.
• Ensure proper handling of ESD-sensitive devices and RF components.
• Maintain test records, production logs, and related documentation.
• Support preventive maintenance of production and test equipment.

Requirements:

• ITE/ Diploma / Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical, RF, Production, Communication engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Hands-on experience with soldering, wiring, and assembling electronic components.
• Basic knowledge of RF/electronics testing equipment (training will be provided).
• Able to follow technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Possible overtime when chasing production or test deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and good communication skills to work with cross‑functional teams (QC, Logistic, Project).
