Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in product design and development, preferably in connectors, microelectronics, or aerospace components.
• Strong proficiency with SolidWorks.
• Knowledge of materials (plastics, metals) and manufacturing processes (injection molding, stamping, overmolding).

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the design and development of new connector systems.
• Conduct feasibility studies, material selection, and prototyping.
• Prepare detailed documentation including technical drawings and test reports.
